If you can’t make videos

Not everyone wants to watch a video all of the time, and not everyone wants to make them – ever.

When it comes to content creation, I have no preference for either. Both take time, and I make the time. And that’s if you have got to make time.

I prefer to read serious topics because, in my opinion, people tend to waffle when it comes to video platforms like YouTube. Whereas if it was a waffly article, I find it easier to skip through. Just like you may be doing now *side-eye*.

The biggest excuse people make for blogging or vlogging is time, and I don’t buy it.

In 2021 where attention is key to brand growth, why wouldn’t you make time?

As a brand, don’t make excuses.

These days, people with a phone fall into three categories: those glued to their phones, those who create with it, and those who try to ignore it as much as possible.

I think you’ll agree that a brand should never be in categories one and three. And if you don’t, why are you here.

So as I say, if you can’t make videos, or TikToks or nice little graphics, write. Everyone can write. And make it a daily habit.

If you are in category one, close the social apps, open your notes apps, and start writing or typing more aptly.

Your customers will definitely be in category one, ready with their attention to trade it for your articles. Bingo!
