As we step into 2024, the theme of ‘Authentic Growth’ resonates more than ever. It’s almost a given, right? We whip up New Year content because it’s part of our creative DNA.

The flurry of work and festive dos meant I couldn’t this year, but I shared my intention, unchanged from the year before: “Do the Work I Wanna Do.”

In 2024, I’m not about new, flashy resolutions. It’s all about being a better me and trusting that what’s mine will find its way. Authentic growth in 2024 means sticking to what works.

The rat race is exhausting. Chasing dreams and not catching them can feel rubbish, can’t it? This year, it’s about focusing on what truly matters.
