Is the Law of Visualisation a Myth or a Must-Have Map?
Let’s Talk Real
Years ago, during an online fitness session, my instructor boldly stated she didn’t believe in the Law of Visualisation and Manifestation. “It can leave you feeling down when it doesn’t work,” she said. Back then, I shrugged it off as mere pessimism. But, oh, how the years add depth to our understanding!
Yet, here I stand, still a believer in striving to be our best selves. Sure, the Law of Visualisation isn’t a magic wand. It doesn’t always work as a wish-granting factory. But isn’t there immense power in having a vision? In painting a picture of what could be?
Without this ‘map,’ we might find ourselves adrift in a sea of aimlessness. Purpose and direction – these aren’t just fancy words. They are the very essence that fuels our drive to wake up each morning and chase those dreams.
Let’s be honest – not every visualisation turns into reality. And that’s okay. It’s part of being human. The real magic? It lies in the hope, the striving, and the perseverance. It’s in the journey of chasing what we believe in, even if the destination alters along the way.
So, what do you think? Is the Law of Visualisation a guiding star or just stardust? Let’s open up this conversation. Because, in the end, isn’t it about finding what keeps us moving forward, even through the doubts and the changes?
